Each session is unique and intuitively guided, and while many clients experience positive transformation, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

💰 3. Payments & Bookings

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Payment confirms your commitment and secures your session time.

Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited.

🌸 4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of energetic work and digital product delivery, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once a session has been completed or a digital file has been accessed.

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased file, please contact me at sjoracleangel@gmail.com and I’ll ensure it’s resolved.

💫 Refunds & Returns Policy

At SJ Oracle, every product and service is created with love, care, and intention.
Please take a moment to read through the refund and return terms before making a purchase or booking.

By engaging in any service or buying any product, you agree to the following policy.

🌸 1️⃣ Services (Healings, Readings, Mentoring & Workshops)

All energetic and intuitive services are considered final once delivered.
Because energy work and readings are unique and personalised experiences, refunds are not available once a session has taken place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the session fee being forfeited.

If you need to reschedule, reach out to sjoracleangel@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a new time.

💡 Note: Occasionally, energy may guide Sarah to postpone or adjust your session. In those rare instances, your booking will be rescheduled at no cost or credited to a future date.

🔮 2️⃣ Physical Products (Oracle Decks, Cards, Sprays, etc.)

Each product is hand-packed and infused with intention before it leaves SJ Oracle HQ.

Please choose carefully — returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact sjoracleangel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll happily offer a replacement or credit once the item has been reviewed.

💌 Please do not return items without first contacting us — we’ll guide you through the next steps.

💻 3️⃣ Digital Products (Meditations, Downloads, Courses)

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all digital sales are final.
Once a file or meditation has been accessed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g. broken link or file not downloading), email sjoracleangel@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase promptly.

🪷 4️⃣ Retreats & Events

Deposits for retreats and workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another event or credited towards a future booking (if notified within the required timeframe).
If you’re unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact Sarah directly — she’ll review each case with compassion and fairness.
